Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist, subject to the following terms.

Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, invoice, or confirmation email.

Please note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, dislike of product, or buyer’s remorse. Returns are only considered if the product is defective, incorrect, or otherwise approved by our team.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or refund request, please contact us via email at wittycactusco@gmail.com  Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Returns must be approved by our team before being shipped back. Items sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping & Customer Responsibility

Once your return is approved, we will share a return shipping label and instructions for how and where to send your package. You are responsible for securely packing the product in its original condition, affixing the return label, and handing it over to the assigned pickup agent. In case of a missed pickup, reattempts may not be arranged.

Orders Confirmed via WhatsApp or Call

Orders that are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call cannot be returned or cancelled unless the product received is defective or incorrect. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming via these channels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wittycactusco@gmail.com We may request photos or videos as proof before processing a return or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale or non-returnable, custom or personalized products, perishable goods, personal care items, or hazardous materials. Used items, or those not in their original condition, are also not eligible for return.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes inspection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If the item does not pass inspection due to signs of use, damage, or missing components, the refund will be denied. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer only.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original, if eligible.
