How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you a live tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track it anytime using your order ID on our Track Your Order page.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

If you made a mistake or changed your mind, let us know on the same day — we’ll do our best to help. Once your order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Is my payment safe with Witty Cactus?

Yes. We use industry-grade SSL encryption and trusted gateways like Razorpay, Cashfree, and PayPal. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer free COD on all orders — no additional fees.

That said, prepaid orders enjoy an exclusive 10% discount and get processed on priority. It’s our little nudge toward mindful, friction-free shopping.

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location:

  • Metros: 2–3 days
  • Rest of India: 4–6 days
  • Remote areas: 6–9 days

What if I miss my delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package returns to us. You can request a re-dispatch for a ₹100 fee.

Will I get a refund if my order returns to sender?

Yes — we offer free returns on all orders, and you’ll receive a full refund once the item reaches us.

This applies to both prepaid and COD orders, no deductions.

I received something damaged — what should I do?

We’re truly sorry. Please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging. Email us at wittycactusco@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

Can I return or exchange my item?

As we release products in limited, curated batches, we don’t offer exchanges. But if there’s a quality or order issue, we’ll always make it right. Please read our Refund Policy or Shipping Policy.
